Congratulations to the Trinity Catholic College Class of 2022 on your outstanding HSC results!
We recorded 77 Distinguished Achievers and three All Rounders.
Trinity Catholic College Principal Daniel Delmage congratulated Year 12 on their fantastic efforts which he attributes to a whole school focus on HSC achievement and growth.
“I am pleased with the number of students in the top two bands, the three HSC All Rounders and the percentage of courses above state average,” said Mr Delmage.
Outstanding results were achieved by our Distinguished Achievers (all Band 6 results), Jayda Boutros, Alvin Thomas and Dominic Saliba. Other notable achievements were Katelyn Lynch with 97% in Mathematics Advanced and Alanson Garcia with 97% in Music 1.
“I am impressed with the students’ focus on their personal HSC goals, collaborative approach to study, preparation and support of each other, and growing focus on excellence,” he said.
System success
Sydney Catholic Schools has achieved outstanding results in the 2022 HSC with nine of its 33 schools ranked among the top 100 high schools in NSW.
A total of 17 schools ranked among the top 150 secondary schools, underlining Sydney Catholic Schools’ position as one of the top performing systems in Australia.
Sydney Catholic Schools recorded an impressive 2630 Distinguished Achievers, 66 Top Achievers and 58 All Rounders.

- Three All Rounders – number of students scoring above 90 in at least 10 units
- 77 Distinguished Achievers– lists the students who achieved a result in the highest band (Band 6 or Band E4) for one or more courses, not including results for courses studied external to their school
- Alvin Thomas achieved an ATAR of 99.2
