The opportunities for students at Trinity Catholic College to have enriched learning and play experiences are only increasing.

Trinity Catholic College is entering an exciting phase in its history, with the opening of new and revamped facilities across its two Greater Sydney campuses.

A multipurpose sporting field and hall and flexible classrooms are set to be unveiled at the Regents Park campus, and a project is underway to deliver new covered outdoor learning areas at Auburn campus in 2022 with further exciting innovations planned for 2023.

“It will give students opportunities to gather, to pray, to play sport and to learn in a variety of different contemporary learning spaces,” Daniel Delmage, Principal at Trinity Catholic College, said.

The school facelift comes as the college celebrates another year of outstanding HSC results.

Trinity recorded 96 Distinguished Achievements in the 2021 HSC, with three students being named All Rounders. Plus, the college was ranked in the top 170 high schools in NSW.

“We are thrilled with the achievements of the class of 2021 who excelled in the face of extreme adversity,” Mr Delmage said.

He said a goal of the school redevelopment is to further enhance our thriving Catholic Community, ensuring every child is given the chance to reach their fullest potential in innovative and exciting learning spaces.

This aligns with Trinity’s ethos of giving students the best possible learning experience and environment.

“It’s about ensuring that our dual purpose of building faith and providing high quality teaching and learning continues to happen” – Daniel Delmage

Mr Delmage said the soon-to-be completed multipurpose sporting field at Regents Park campus will facilitate basketball, tennis and soccer, together with new indoor sports facilities and a new multipurpose hall.

Other additions include new lunch and undercroft areas, and a variety of contemporary classrooms, a learning hub, STEM Centre, and technology-rich innovative learning spaces.

The new covered outdoor learning areas at Auburn campus are expected to be completed later this year.

“Trinity has always been a really strong community and now we have some wonderful facilities that can help students with their learning,” Mr Delmage said.

“We’re committed to continuing to make Trinity the school of choice for students and their parents in the Auburn network” – Daniel Delmage
